I try and process my custom orders as quickly as I can. Generally a small to medium custom order will take from 3 - 7 business days to complete. If it's going to take any longer I will send you a messsage.

I go to a lot of trouble to try and represent the colours as closely as possible to the original. However everyone's screen is different, and I cannot anticipate how the yarn will appear on your screen. Also different yarn bases accept the dyes differently, and because these yarns are hand dyed, and the process to a large extent is random, no two skeins are exactly the same.

Due to all of the above, refunds and exchanges are not available unless the skeins are damaged before they reach you.

Due to the hand crafting process of hand dyed yarn, each skein is unique. To avoid any striping or pooling it is recommended when using muiltiple skeins to alternate between them throughout your project, or if using one skein alternating between the inside and outside of the yarn cake.

Generally superwash merino and nylon, and superwash merino, alpaca and nylon will handle a cold woollen machine wash. However anything with silk, mohair, yak or non superwash merino will require gentle handwashing. These are luxurious yarns that require a little extra care.
