SHIPPING POLICY
I will no longer be shipping to the United States in light the recent tariff decisions.
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
I ship all orders via Australia Post and postage is $10 flat rate plus 50c for each additional item (inc. GST). I provide tracking for all orders and this is sent once your order is dispatched.
As this website is for custom orders please allow 3 - 10 business days for me to dye up your order. In busy times I will message you if this time frame changes.
Ridgetop Fibre Studio cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels due to a postage or delilvery error. Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid any delays or non-delivery. That being said I can make enquiries on your behalf to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. However if Australia Post does not accept liability for the error then we cannot replace the lost items.
I currently ship internationally to New Zealand.
If you are interested in ordering my yarn from anywhere apart from the US send me a message and I will obtain a price for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
Due to the unique and random nature of the yarns, I do not accept exchanges, cancellations or change of mind. However, please do not hesitate to contact us within seven days of receiving your order, with any major problems or quality control issues. All yarns are subject to strict quality control checks to ensure you are receiving the best product possible.
Colour varies from computer to computer. I try to represent the shades as accurately as I can, but be aware that your computer monitor may show colours differently to mine.
PRICING
10% GST is included in all pricing for Australian customers.
