This is a luxurious blend of 80% superwash merino and 20% mulberry silk. This yarn has a beautiful sheen and will also have great draping qualities. The colourway is the result of taking the colours from my Artichoke combed top for spinning and translating them to yarn. The colours is a mixture of olive green, pale mauve pink and smoky grey. This yarn would be great for next to the skin wear or for that special item, and would provide a great contrast with a lighter colour. Although the bulk of this yarn base is superwash wool I would suggest hand washing and squeeze drying in a towel. You can order yarn on this yarn base or any of the ones offered.
